Team Coaching and Facilitation

I provide a space within which teams are empowered to grow together in the direction they and your organisation want to develop, working through important and relevant themes to unveil their own solutions and growth actions.

Unlike team coaching, where participants are empowered guide their own growth process, in team facilitation I provide a more structured and guided process, working on specific development themes, and may include coaching, mentoring and teaching to support the desired outcomes. We co-create this process, integrating seminars, workshops or coaching sessions, designed around the specific needs of your people and organisation at the time.

Anxiety and Stress Management Workshop
This half-day taught workshop invites members of your organisation to consider the impact of anxiety and stress on their daily lives, and provides techniques to facilitate stress and anxiety management.
Co-Creating a Care Culture at Work
This one-day workshop focuses on cultivating empathy; participants will be taught about the importance of self-empathy and how to embrace it as an essential factor in being empathic towards others; they shall practice using empathic communication skills and learn how to create a psychologically safe space, to facilitate enhanced relationships with others; and finally, they will consider the process of integrating a caring and empathic organisational culture, and identify the initial action steps to facilitate this process.

Leading From the Heart
Presented in an engaging and relatable format, this 16-module course, delivered as weekly online 90 minute live seminars, invites participants to think critically, creatively and thoughtfully about the personal, cultural and global issues that leaders are faced with in their personal and professional lives, and to learn practical skills to facilitate leadership growth. This course places a strong focus on psychological well-being and living with care, compassion and kindness towards self and others, with a safe space created to address these topics, mindful of those participants who may be suffering from or triggered by the topics addressed.
Learning Outcomes: Participants can expect to develop: greater self-awareness, a clear sense of meaningful direction and purpose, strong leadership identity, improved communication skills, enhanced self-esteem, greater social confidence, improved mind mastery and emotional resilience, enhanced psychological well-being knowledge and skills, stronger leadership skills, improved performance, recognition on how to drive and facilitate cultural change and growth, and fresh insight on what it means to be a modern, heart-centred and successful leader. Extended DISC - Designed to support real performance improvement.Extended DISC is an on-line self-assessment that enables a person to identify who they really are and not whom them think they might be within the existing environment. As a result, the report identifies the true strengths and development areas to allow for real performance improvement. Extended Disc is ideal for recruitment purposes, team building and facilitating an individual coaching process for performance development. The online questionnaires takes only 10 minutes to complete. Extended DISC assessments are used as part of a coaching programme if requested. |
