Episode 1: The power of love "Look in the mirror and say 'I love you', and mean it, sincerly, from the centre of your heart" - This episode is an invitation to self-love and shares my own deeply personal process of learning to love, and some of the most challenging events in my life that gave me a reason to stand up for love and discover the power of true love. |

Episode 2: Growing the voice of love
Our minds are filled with many voices, conditioned and developed over time to become embedded as our truth; our core beliefs, influencing who we are, how we are, what we feel and how we live. When we learn to harness the power of mindfulness to observe our 'voices', we can develop the capacity to choose our 'voices' and start to raise the volume on the voice of love, and silence the voices of fear, doubt and worry, so that we can move into new peace, freedom, happiness and harmony with ourselves and each other. |

Episode 3: It takes bravery to belong

Episode 6: Take your hat off - embrace your authentic self!
Turning up to work donning the 'work mode' hat, heralding the behaviour of an emotionally supressed, authentically inhibited and semi-muted self just isn' t working for many people.
