The 'Healthy Mind & Body Programme' has been created to support your weight loss target. Sometimes, no matter how much knowledge you have about healthy living practices, when it comes to applying them it can feel like a uphill struggle, which means little progress is made towards attaining your desired outcome. This can happen when how you are thinking and feeling gets in the way of making healthy choices. The 'Healthy Mind and Body Programme' supports you in breaking through psychological blockers and making measured progress towards achieving what you truly want, alongside your professional medical or dietary guidance.
Programme Outline (see group option below)
During this six-week one-to-one coaching and mentoring programme, you will be supported in breaking through mental and emotional barriers to create the mindset and emotional strength that will enable you to establish new patterns of behaviour and a healthy relationship with food and your body.
The personal one-to-one programme option:
Session 1: Discovery Session
Define your weight loss and management goals, explore family eating and weight management patterns, consider known medical influencing factors, share previous success stories and difficulties in attaining weight loss and management goals, learn more about your relationship with yourself, and discover the psychological skills and behaviour patterns that we shall work with to support your objective. This 'Discovery Session' provides the foundation knowledge that will form your personal programme.
Session 2: Self Esteem Development
How much do you love, like and believe in yourself and how does this relate to your relationship with your body, weight and patterns of eating? We shall explore this question and incorporate relevant self-esteem development processes into your personal programme, and activate the practice of 'loving yourself a little bit more' to support your objective.
Session 3: Stress and Anxiety Management
Trying to loose weight, and all the reasons that come with wanting to, alongside external presenting factors, can bring high levels of stress and anxiety. Recognising how this may relate to your weight loss targets empowers you to then learn and apply simple and effective stress and anxiety management techniques, so that you can be with how you feel and focus on taking action towards your target.
Session 4: Mindset Growth
We shall explore your current thought patterns in relation to you, your body, and your eating behaviours, and identify where changes in how you think can help you successfully attain your weight loss and management goals, and how to effectively make these changes.
Session 5: Staying Motivated
Acquiring the awareness and tools for change is the first step, being able to implement them and uphold them is the next: we shall explore what really motivates you to make the changes you want, and incorporate this into your programme.
Session 6: Review
We review what is helping you and where there are now challenges in relation to weight loss and how to break-through these challenges. Finally, we create a personal programme for you to continue following to enable you to successfully attain your weight loss goal.

- Six 90-minute on-line mentoring and coaching sessions
- Personal practice programme – a customised digital document outlining daily practices, including relaxation and emotional regulation techniques, mindset mantras and affirmations, behaviour change practices and a goal progression chart and reward system.
The small group programme option
During this six-week online group coaching process you shall engage in learning practices to facilitate self-awareness, stress and anxiety management, healthy emotion regulation and mental strength building.
Session 1: Discovery Session
We shall define personal weight loss and management goals, share previous success stories and difficulties in attaining weight loss and management goals, and outline the programme structure. We initiate the programme by growing awareness on how family patterns, personal mindset, behavioural patterns, and self-esteem impact body and weight related challenges, and how we approach establishing a healthy relationship with yourself, your body and food.

How much do you love, like, accept, value, respect and believe in yourself. and how does this relate to your relationship with your body, weight and patterns of eating? We shall explore this question and you will learn relevant self-esteem development processes and activate the practice of 'loving yourself a little bit more'.

This lecture style module, provides teachings on the cause, development and management of stress and anxiety, and specifically in relation to body and weight related challenges. You will take-away a toolkit of management practices.
Session 4: Mindset Growth
We shall explore your current thought patterns in relation to you, your body, and your eating behaviours, and identify where changes in how you think can help you successfully attain your weight loss and management goals, and how to effectively make these changes.
