FIT Mind is a coaching experience that gives you the insight, techniques and mental strength building strategies to support your health and physical fitness objectives.
#1: Discovery Session: We shall assess your objectives and how your mental patterns, beliefs, habits and behaviors are working with or against your health and fitness objectives. We shall then develop a strategy to empower you to make your mind work for you
#2: Mental Fitness: Develop your mental fitness (ways of thinking), to support your health and physical fitness objectives.
#3: Supportive Action: Be coached through a process of transforming a hindering behaviour or habit into a strategy that supports your health and physical fitness success
These three sessions give you a foundation of awareness, skill and strategy to enhance you health and fitness goals
