A bespoke, private, small group experience to connect your remote teams in a space that fosters intimacy, connection, self-care, wellness and personal and professional growth. We collaborate with you to co-create a unique connection and growth experience that is designed to facilitate team alignment, coherence and connection during the retreat, and to support on-going cognitive and behaviour changes to support your organisations objectives moving forward.

The Retreat Programme
Day One:
Getting to Know You: Your retreat begins with getting to know each other to foster deeper understanding about each others strengths, talents, motivators, and communication styles, to facilitate stronger relationships and efficiency at work.
Integrating Empathy: A safe space is created to foster connection and empathy with the self and each other, with an experiential session on empathic listening skills, which participants will be invited to draw on throughout the retreat.
Improving Relationship Patterns: We shall gain a deeper understanding about how people relate to each other at work and where communication styles and behaviour patterns can be improved to facilitate improved communication, positivity, performance, security, trust and overall well-being.
Integrating a Care Culture within Your Organisation: We shall address the question: 'What does it look like and feel like to have a care culture?', and explore what needs to happen to integrate a stronger care culture in your physical and remote working spaces.
Celebrating Talent: Participants will be invited to share personal talents in a relaxed atmosphere (This is prepared for prior to the retreat)
Day Two:
Anxiety and Stress Management: Participants will learn about the cause, development and management of stress and anxiety, using evidence-based practices for mind and body relaxation, including yoga, mindfulness meditation, journaling and the creation of mantras.
Self-care: Participants will be supported in improving their self-care practices and have opportunities to book any of our additional therapies, or enjoy some relaxing time by the pool.
Coaching Solutions: This afternoon offers group coaching to work through challenges and to create solutions in the business areas that require this team to work together in a collective discussion space. Clear action goals will be established to take away and implement.

The above is an example of what we can create, and the timeline depends on how long your people need to be together if there are difficult conversations to be had, or the collective needs to be together to address major organisational issues and themes.
Supporting Your Unique Needs: We can co-create an experience for your team, integrating a retreat experience, with time to address your business needs. You may wish that our coaches facilitate some group discissions, to help maintain focus and action-outcomes, you may wish to use the space to run some of your own discussions, and you may like to offer break-out rooms and individual coaching.
Modelling a healthy life balance : We design you programme in a way that integrates mind and body relaxation practices, including: mindfulness meditation, yoga, and breathing exercises. from our team of expert practitioners, and with preparation and reflection time between learning and growth experiences, to allow participants to experience the benefits of a healthy day of learning, growth and productivity. We also provide nutritious and fresh meals and snacks throughout the retreat, accommodating any special dietary requirements.
