Corporate Leadership and Growth Programmes

There are common themes, across multiple business entities, that arise for individuals and leadership teams that can impact the effectiveness of company operations, and the well-being and retention of people. Leadership and company growth coaching provides a psychologically safe and confidential space to address these themes and work through solutions to ultimately optimise performance, enhance well-being and generate greater success. 

Themes we may address on a leadership and growth coaching programme include:


  • ​Communication Skills: When people with different communication styles understand, accept and can adapt to each other, when expectations are clear and realistic, and when active and empathic listening skills are practiced, relationships foster, connections are made, clarity ensues and effectiveness and efficiency grow.
  • Performance Management: Understanding how to manage direct reports and support their career growth helps foster retention, and feelings of care, support and potential. 
  • Values Integration: Having company values and living those company values can sometimes be completely different matters. When those in leadership roles pro-actively model and integrate the company values, people gain a sense of belonging, connection and being part of something they can clearly align with their own values set: this can foster a deeper sense of connection, meaning and purpose.
  • Influencing Capacity: To be in a leadership role is an achievement, however, being an effective influencer is not always natural for those in these roles. When you learn to enhance your influencing skills, you can spark inspiration, enhance motivation, entice new passion, facilitate growth, and become more effective in inviting people to align with your priorities: you get things done. 
  • Cultural Integration: Being diverse and inclusive, responsible, sustainable, healthy, proactive, and customer-focused, may be some of the cultural focus themes that a company chooses to promote. Integrating these themes to be truly lived requires focus, energy and action, often meeting change management, time management, and adaptive challenges. Coaching can help you assess how you will be an effective changemaker.
  • OKR alignment: When multiple departments align their own objectives with the company OKR'S, an environment is cultivated to grow a successful organisation. 
  • Love: companionate relationships in the corporate world bring a sense of connection, belonging and well-being that helps to foster retention, performance, productivity and positivity.
  • The Inner work: understanding the theory that supports performance excellence, best practice, effective communication and well-being cannot be effective when the person has not done the inner work. This means, growing self-esteem, resolving inner conflicts, learning to master thought processes, regulating feelings and emotions in a healthy way, and fostering a positive relationship with the self, where care, compassion, kindness and empathy are geared towards the self, so that you can then offer these qualities sincerely to others.
  • Psychological well-being: How this is actually fostered, understanding how to support others in a crisis within the boudaries of your role, creating psychological safety to have conversations around mental health, and finding a balance between care of people and care of the company are some of the themes that many in leadership roles face. 
  • Work Life Balance: Managing time efficiently, setting healthy boundaries, learning to say 'no' effectively, loving the self, making healthy choices, and setting clear priorities are some of the key factors in attaining work life balance.
